If you haven’t been to Insane Sausages in Vinton, you’re REALLY missing out! Their cook to order meals are absolutely amazing PLUS they make smoked or unsmoked boudain, specialty sausage and tamales! And don’t forget to grab some cracklings while you’re there! Seriously, take the 20 min drive and go.

There is no substitute for training with your teammates year round. If you’re the best in your gym, find a better gym. Train with the best to become the best.

All athletes need to be participating in this camp this summer. Powerlifting, football, basketball, baseball, softball, track, soccer, tennis, golf, swim, etc… I do not know of any athlete that doesn’t need to be stronger or faster! Also, spend time bonding with your teammates while getting better.
