Vineland Youth Football & Cheerleading

Vineland Family,

We are excited to begin Vineland Boys' 7v7 instructional program. Our program places emphasis on learning the foundations of football and building technically sound athletes aspiring to become tackle football players.

Practices/Trainings will be held on Wednesdays from 6:00 to 7:30 pm. On Wednesdays, instruction will include strength and conditioning, skill development, and most important, character building. Scrimmages will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Saturday evening. Scrimmages will simulate game situations, including but not limited to passing concepts, 4th & long/short, red zone offense & defense, blitzing, and review of zone concepts.

Our 7v7 encourages linemen to participate. Gameplay will include center play and lineman with blocking techniques.
