Today was the start of something new for Sand Speed — High School Girls Beach Flag Football! 🔥

We’re excited to take what we do on the sand and bring it to the flag football field. This group came ready to learn, compete, and WORK at our first official practice.

We’re just getting started, and we’re excited to continue working with these girls as we build chemistry, develop their skills, and get ready to compete! 💪🏈

Speed dodgeball might've started as a fun way to wrap up camp... but once the parents stepped onto the sand, all bets were off. 😂💨

The athletes brought the speed, the parents brought the competitive spirit, and nobody held back! A perfect way to end another awesome Sand Speed Camp. Thanks to everyone who made these last two weeks so much fun! 💪🏖️
