Basic Clean, True, and Adjust
A bike should be regularly cleaned and adjusted for optimal performance. Don't wait until yours is screaming for attention to finally take it in to the experts. If you want to avoid a costly visit, do a little preventative maintenance a few times throughout the year. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

• Basic bike wash and l**e

Tune-Up 2 - $125
Deluxe Clean, True, and Adjust
A bike should receive at least one thorough tune per riding season. While riding, parts wear, bearings deteriorate, spokes detention, and cables stretch. The bike is in a constant state of decline. Slowly and almost imperceptibly performance diminishes. You'll be amazed at how big of a difference a tune can make.
