What’s your next fitness goal? 👊
Mine?
To find my inner Gina & Ronda.
Not because I want to step into a cage… but because I saw two women who trained hard, showed courage, took criticism, kept going anyway, and helped pave the way for women in a male-dominated sport.
Some people may say the fight was a joke.
What I saw was discipline.
I saw grit.
I saw women refusing to shrink themselves.
And honestly… it lit a fire under me.
The last couple years have tested me mentally and physically more than I’d like to admit. But watching women step up, train hard, and own their strength reminded me that maybe it’s time to stop making my own excuses too.
Strength looks different for everyone.
Sometimes it’s losing weight.
Sometimes it’s walking into the gym for the first time.
Sometimes it’s rebuilding yourself after life knocked the wind out of you.
But whatever your next goal is… go chase it. 🔥
Everyone is chasing the next trendy bootcamp…
Loud music.
20 people flying through burpees.
Heart rate through the roof.
And coaches yelling “push harder” while half the room’s form falls apart.
