I tend to experience a pretty big slow-down with business this time of year.
It makes sense—days are longer, temps are warmer, the pace is slower + life just feels a little bit easier. For the most part, people are happier. To me, this is such a testament to how much our environments impact our mood☀️
And I’m all about taking full advantage of the good times while they’re here🙋🏼♀️So with summer’s unofficial kick-off weekend starting tomorrow, I hope you get outside + soak it all in⛱😎

With lots of people working from home, traveling for work or staying home with their kids, so many are feeling disconnected. On top of that—it can just be hard to make friends as an adult! All of this loneliness negatively impacts our physical + mental health in so many ways.

We’ve got a baby boy coming this August💙
