Shoutout to my former client Brad for the awesome review!

Despite being a night owl, Brad never missed a 6 AM workout, always showing up on time and ready to crush it.

Speaking of crushing it, he was an absolute beast with single leg exercises. From Bulgarians to single leg deadlifts, he handled whatever I threw at him.

The only issue we had was that I needed to be very aware of rest times because we would get caught up in fantasy football talk and lose track of time. šŸ˜‚

I had a blast training Brad and watching his health improve.

Here’s a fun (maybe not fun) workout challenge for you to try this weekend!
-
There’s only four exercises...not bad right?
-
But wait until you hear what you have to do šŸ˜.
-
There’s two blocks...perform all the reps in one block before you try the second block.
-
Block 1
Pushups
Bodyweight Shoulder presses
Perform 10 pushups and then 2 shoulder presses. Then 9 and 4. Each push-up will go down 1 while the shoulder presses go up 2 until you reach 1 push-up and 20 shoulder presses.

Block 2
Squats
Glute bridges
Perform 10 squats followed by 2 glute bridges. Then 9 and 4. Each squat will go down by 1 while the glute bridges go up by 2 until you reach 1 squat and 20 glute bridges.

See how you feel after 1 round. If you’re good with that, that’s awesome! If you want to do more, go for 1-2 more rounds.
