Find your balance—think gymnast sticking a perfect 10 🤸♂️💯
When you’re attacking, you should feel in control from start to finish.
If you’re landing off-balance, that’s a sign something is off.
Play around with your timing and spacing so you can stay controlled through your jump, swing, and landing.
More balance = more control = hitting the shot you want 🏐🔥

Block Timing! 🧱🏐
Follow this simple eye sequence:
Ball → Setter → Ball → Hitter
Using this sequence keeps you engaged and locked into the play.
Once you’re in the right spot and reading the timing correctly, you should be jumping just after the attacker jumps.
Be patient. Be intentional. Make your block count.
Try this out and share it with your partner so you can test it the next time you play 👀🔥
