It has been awhile since I posted on this page as I have really been focused on getting the massage side of my business up and running. That is clicking along.

For the past few months I have been trying to focus on my health, losing a few pounds, gaining energy, getting back to my regular workouts. In the process I have found a product line that I really like (after being inspired by a friend of mine and reading about her journey). It helped me maintain my weight during the holidays (which was major because I was constantly cooking and baking).

It also helps with lots of energy and getting through my 12-hour days! I work for Cancer Specialists of Tidewater as well as myself so I am constantly on the run!!

If you are interested in gaining more energy and losing a few pounds along the way, let me know! We can work on it together because this is a journey, not just a short time fix!! Let's crush those bad habits for good...together!!!
