Members, this may be the last post advising certificate holders to collect their share from the sale of the pool. September 30 may be the LAST day. See the previous posts that illustrate what certificate holders need to do in order to get their money.

Members, here are TWO announcements as this may be the LAST post on this page.

If you know anyone on the list that needs to contact the Va beach court clerk and have done so, let them know time is running out! PLEASE contact them so they can get the payment.
#2 This announcement concerns swim team members over the years…I have a number of framed swim team photos. I have attached a photo of years. If anyone is interested feel free to contact Charles Lavene 757-297-2539.

Certificate Members, this is another reminder for anyone that has not gone to the court clerk for payment. You have until the end of September 2024 to claim funds. In addition, the information you need is posted on this site. There is no longer any need to contact our attorney. All questions need to be directed to the court clerk.
Reminder, per our attorney, checks by the court clerk will only be made out to the names on the certificate! If this presents issues, you need to resolve it PRIOR to seeing the court clerk. If the court clerk wants to issue separate checks, which I SERIOUSLY doubt, that is up to her NOT our attorney.
We will issue one more reminder in the April/May timeframe then this page will be shutdown.

In a continual effort to assist all certificate holders get their money, we have reposted the list of certificate holders and process for getting payment. If you know someone on the list PLEASE let them know. Everyone could use a little $$$ for the holidays.
The goal is to repost this in a couple of months. As a reminder. After one year, All unclaimed money goes to the Commonwealth of Virginia. 😡

If you receive your check in the mail, you do NOT have to contact the court clerk. You need to go to the court clerk if you are on the big list of approximately 430 certificate holders on this page.
