Barbell Bent Over Rows: 3 sets x 6-8 reps
Dumbbell Rows: 3 sets x 8-10 reps (each side)
Reverse Cable Fly: 4 sets x 6-8 reps
Lat Pull-Downs: 3 sets x 8-10 reps


Stretching improves blood flow 🩸, reduces chance of injury 🩹, and just generally improves physical performance. 💪Get bendy and boosted with this 5-minute stretch routine!
