Chest day. My classes started a new program this week. I like how much they complained today so I was like Iโll do it too.
Bench Press 4x6-10 reps
Incline DB Press 4x8-12 reps
Dumbbell Bench Press 3x8-12
Dumbbell Flyes 3x10-12 reps
Bench Tricep Dips 3x12 reps
Push Ups 3x amrap
Deficit Push Ups 3x 10-15 OPTIONAL

First Hyrox. Hereโs a little photo dump. I had more photos but for my own self esteem and clarity there are photos I will not be sharing.(just not happy with my physique mid bulk) We did pretty good for two months and some change of training for it. I feel like we could have done better, run faster but I believe I played it safe and conservative with the running. Big thanks to my doubles partner he killed it and kept me honest when it was race time.

So Iโm not a huge selfie person, but I got see quite a few people I donโt get to see often. I ran into some of the Zumba Squad this morning, and I got to train Ms. Jones yesterday lmao.
