It’s Wednesday!

As promised, our first upgrade is ready to be announced AND ready to be used by every player in the organization!

The Cobra organization has purchased a Hit Trax! It was installed yesterday by some of our dedicated volunteers!

What is a Hit Trax?

HitTrax is an advanced data capture and simulation system for baseball and softball that tracks batted balls in real time and projects live results onto a virtual Major League Baseball stadium.

How It Works?

Optical Sensors: A unit placed behind the batter uses computer vision to track the ball immediately upon contact.

Real-Time Metrics: It measures key statistics like exit velocity (speed off the bat), launch angle, distance, and point of impact.

Visual Simulation: The software instantly shows where the hit would land inside any of the 30 virtual MLB ballparks, scaled to the player's age or skill level.
