Another option for hormone therapy: pellets.

Hormone therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, and neither is the way hormones can be delivered.

Hormone pellets are small, compounded implants placed just beneath the skin. Once inserted, they gradually release hormones over time, meaning there’s no daily pill, cream, or patch to remember.

For some patients, the convenience of pellet therapy can make it an option worth exploring.

At Waterside, we don’t start with a treatment and try to make it fit. We start with you. Your symptoms, health history, lab work, goals, and preferences all help guide the conversation about which options may be appropriate.
