A few months ago, Goose Hutchens had the honor of throwing out the ceremonial first pitch to kick off our 2026 WYBS season.

We couldn’t have chosen a better person. Goose is someone so many of our young baseball and softball players look up to. She has poured countless hours into our local baseball and softball community, inspiring the next generation both on and off the field.

Little did we know that just a few months later, we’d be celebrating an incredible accomplishment as she takes her talents to the next level.

Congratulations, Goose! We are so proud of you and can’t wait to watch all that you accomplish.

WYBS is Looking for Committee Members!

Wagoner Youth Baseball & Softball is currently seeking 3 Committee Members and 1 Secretary for the 2027 season.

We’re looking for individuals who:
• Attend monthly board meetings
• Are active during our spring and summer leagues
• Have a passion for helping our league grow
• Always want what’s best for our players, families, and community

If you’re looking for a way to make a positive impact and help shape the future of WYBS, we’d love to have you on our team!

Friday nights with Game Changers are hands down one of my favorite nights of the week.
Tonight’s game may have been a hot one, but these kids always show up with the biggest smiles, the best attitudes, and enough joy to make you forget all about the heat.
And where else can you say you had a snake on the field, a dinosaur, and a penguin all playing together? 😂

The joke of the night? “Guess what… chicken butt!” It never got old, and it had everyone laughing. These Friday nights are about so much more than baseball. They’re about making memories, celebrating every child, and having fun together.

This group of kids have really came out of their shell. From the first game till tonight it is light and day different ❤️⚾

As we wrap up our very first Spring/Summer baseball and softball season, we want to take a moment to say thank you.

A huge thank you to our incredible umpires, field crews, and concession stand workers. Your hard work, dedication, and countless hours made this season possible, and we truly couldn’t have done it without you.

We also want to thank every player, parent, coach, sponsor, and fan for giving Wagoner Youth Baseball & Softball the opportunity to show that baseball and softball can thrive right here in our own community. Your support has meant everything to us.

As we begin preparing for the 2027 Spring Baseball & Softball season, we’re excited about what’s ahead. We have several improvements planned for the park and can’t wait to continue building something our community can be proud of.

Thank you for believing in our vision and for making our first season such a success. Here’s to an even bigger and better 2027 season!
