Congrats to Cheri and Elyse, who wrapped up the Passaic County Runners 5K series this morning! Elyse was second overall in age today and first overall in age for the series!

Friday Challenge! Part #1: Drink a large glass of water this morning. Part #2: 30 second front plank, 10 Push-ups. 10 Squat Jumps (or regular squats if you are unable to jump). 4 Rounds. No rest. GO!
