We sat at this exact race at Atmore Dragway with the gasser and comp coupe in the fall of 2021 at nearly exactly the moment this picture was taken and said "We just gotta quit dreaming about funny cars. We can't afford it, its just out of reach.".....1 month later we were headed to Iowa to pickup JD Ballew 's old Nova flopper from Peter Barton and the journey began. We weren't wrong that we couldn't afford it - nobody really can - but we were wrong about it being out of reach. 2027 will be our 5th year of Funny Car Chaos and we have no plans of stopping. The moral of the story is
