Ok people, back to push ups !!! They are not as hard as you think !!! Start with incline wall push ups (beginner), then push ups on knees, push ups on feet, and eventually decline push ups.

My two favorite strength exercises: Push ups and Squats ! So powerful in so many ways. Push ups don't just target your upper body, it is also a core strengthening move. And squat doesn't just concentrate on your quadriceps and gluteal muscles. It also heavily involves your lower back and trains your balance as well :) :) Make sure these two exercises are part of your workout !!! :)
