Lydia came out with fire in her last match! She was facing the girl who gave her, her 1st loss of the tournament. She wrested hard going into double over time, getting her revenge and won 7-2 taking 5th at the Wisconsin Youth State Tournament.

Lydia came away with another pin! This guarantees her a spot on the podium. You've got this, Lydia!

Blaire wrestled extremely hard today, but unfortunately, she is done for the season. Keep putting in the work, and your future is going to be bright.

Update!

Blaire's first match and Lydia's second match didn't go as planned, both had tough losses, they both have the chance to bounce back!

Mid-morning update on the girls:
Callie battled tough but came up short in her first two matches, never stopped fighting. Lydia came out on fire, dominating her first match with a 17-1 win. We are still waiting on Blaire to hit the mat for her first match. let’s go!!

The Big Foot Girls are part of history today, taking part in the largest GIRLS only wrestling tournament in Wisconsin, hoasting 889 participants.

Our girls are ready to take on the Youth State Tournament today!!! Let’s hear it for Blaire, Lydia, and Callie!

Blaire will be competing in the 2017–2018 bracket at 90 lbs, Lydia in the 2013–2014 bracket at 100 lbs, and Callie in the 2011–2012 bracket at 118 lbs.

They have put in the grind all season and earned every bit of this moment. Now it’s time to step on that mat, wrestle fierce, and make some noise!
