I'm brushing up on some nutrition facts this morning. There is not a fast fix or revolutionary diet to losing weight/getting healthy. If you want it to stick, its really this simple:
1. Eliminate Added Sugars
* and all sugars metabolize the same. Glucose is glucose & sugar is sugar
2. Cut Back on Flour & Starch
* try to limit yourself to one serving (20g) per meal
3. Increase Water, Lean Protein*, & Produce
* that's raw meat or high quality protein shakes
FIRE classes at 7:45 and 8:30 are running as usual today, but there will not be a Yoga class at 9:30 today.
