We are here to help guide you through participating in your first demolition derby or endurance race. We are also always looking for teammates for team events. All are welcome. Slot Car:

We are still relatively new at slot car racing and are

still navigating through the racing classes. We welcome anyone to reach out if your interested and we’ll get you racing. We also welcome anyone that hasn’t driven a slot car or has no idea what a slot car is to reach out. We’ll give you the information you need to get into the hobby. Lots of fun for all ages! Lilly had an awesome time at the Seekonk Speedway Labor Day Thrill Show! She had a blast watching all the racing, crashes, and craziness, but her favorite part of the whole night was definitely the fireworks!

Nothing better than making memories at the track and seeing how excited she gets for everything. Safe to say the fireworks were a HUGE hit!

Next up for Jaena Racing is the Tour of Destruction at Stafford Speedway on September 19th! It’s time to get ready for some TRAILER RACE CHAOS!

We’ll be heading back to Stafford for another night of smashing, crashing, flying debris, and probably making some questionable decisions along the way. 😝

Last time I went trailer racing at Stafford, I came home with the WIN… now it’s time to see if I can do it again. 🏆

Here’s the September lineup for the Friday night races at Modelville Hobby! We only run the Friday night events, and it’s always a casual, laid-back atmosphere. No pressure, no big egos..well usually, just a bunch of people hanging out, racing slot cars, talking trash, and having a good time.

Friday Night Schedule:
🏁 September 4 – King Track (Red)
🏁 September 11 – Royal Track (Black)
🏁 September 18 – Figure 8 (Blue)
🏁 September 25 – Aristocrat (Green)
⏰ Racing starts at 7:30 PM
⚡ 3300Kv Flexi Cars
🚫 No high downforce bodies

Whether you’ve been racing for years or just want to come check out slot car racing, Friday nights are all about having fun and enjoying some friendly competition.

I took it a little easy in this one since I was still feeling the Mercedes out and seeing how the car was handling. After all the issues I’ve had with it, I wasn’t about to go full send right out of the gate lol.

The good news is the car felt solid, ran great, and gave me a lot more confidence heading into the rest of the night. Sometimes you’ve gotta make sure everything stays together before you start driving it like you stole it!

Here’s a few pictures from the Seekonk Speedway Thrill Show last weekend!

Believe it or not… the car actually ran PROPERLY. No exploding hoses, no random leaks, no transmission drama, no surprise mechanical nonsense. After all the late nights, busted parts, swearing in the garage, and questioning every life decision that led to owning this thing, it finally felt great out there.

I’m almost afraid to say it, but I think we may have finally worked the bugs out of it. Almost.
Because the second you get confident with this car, it usually finds a brand-new way to ruin your day. 🤣

Cars Enduro Heat 1 from the Seekonk Speedway Labor Day Thrill Show!

And FINALLY… the Mercedes was running the way it’s supposed to. Started all the way in the back and was able to work my way up a few positions. The car felt great, had good power, and for once I wasn’t waiting for something to explode, overheat, leak, or fall off. 😂

After all the headaches this car has given me, it felt damn good to finally get out there and actually RACE it!
