Another day of sourdough chronicles!
Results from yesterday's bowls!
We've got the purple dough that was a hand mixed experiment turned into focaccia with garlic, fresh shredded cheddar cheese, fresh shredded parmesan cheese, pink himalayan salt, and old bay.
It turned out very good! little heavy on the garlic and light on the old bay.
The measured bowl with a mixture of wheat and italian flour turned into a nice loaf! Add a bit of salted kerrygold butter to a slice and chefs kiss 💋
