Guess who is back? For those who didn’t know, I had a small accident that turned into something much bigger than expected, and that’s the reason why I have been so absent from teaching. Back in April I fell off a scooter and broke my arm in 3 parts .. had surgery and I have been in recovery for almost 3 months now. After tons of therapy n tons of weight gained my doctor has finally cleared me to do cardio.. I wanted to take a second to thank those who took their time to check on me and did their best to help me… gave assistance, brought me food, hired cleaning ladies, wash my hair(a very important need), and most importantly emotional support. That being said I am resuming some of my classes, since I still have to take it slow.. for the next month I will only be teaching the Onelife Fitness classes on Mondays and Thursday, by August I should be able to take on more clases.. Now I might not remember any of the songs hahaha but we will do … see you tonight
