Havenโt posted this year (trying to launch a human being into the real world plus work and finish grad school has been all consuming) but I am still supporting athletes ๐๐พโฝ๏ธ๐๐ฅ with their mental game as well as providing counseling services .of.the.mind.therapy ๐ง

Reaction Time Drill: "Catch and Toss"
Equipment Needed: A soft ball
Instructions: Stand facing a partner or a wall. Have a soft ball ready. Your partner will randomly toss the ball to you with varying speed and trajectory.
Your task is to catch the ball and quickly toss it back. Focus on reacting swiftly and accurately. This drill sharpens reaction time, hand-eye coordination, and decision-making skills.
