Great day screening Look Down Not Up at ICIMOD’s headquarters in Kathmandu.

Update: our Langtang 2025 group has arrived in Nepal!

The team spent their first few days in Kathmandu, visiting Swayambhunath, an ancient Buddhist site perched on a hill above the valley, and Boudhanath, a center of Tibetan culture surrounding one of the world's largest Buddhist stupas.

They've now begun their trek into the Himalayas and are currently in the Langtang region. We'll be sharing glimpses of their journey as photos come in, though cell reception can be spotty in the mountains.

What is Yarsagumba used for?
Yarsagumba fungus, often called “Himalayan Viagra,” is found throughout the Himalayas and on the Tibetan plateau at altitudes of 4000 to 5000 m.
