This is my first impression of the SOG Instinct Mini fixed blade knife and sheath. These typically run between $35-$40, and are a decent value for someone looking for a backup EDC to wear on their boot, belt, in their pocket, or around their neck.
The main issue, as with anything mass produced, is quality control.

This is a simple exercise that only requires two golf balls and a hard surface to stand on.
Using your dominant hand, drop both golf balls in front of you, then sn**ch ball one with opposite hand, and ball two with dominant hand.
This simulates a jab and cross punch combination, and develops both hand speed and eye/hand coordination.
