“Hi! I’m Polina and I’m so excited to share my passion for mindful movement with the WeOut community. Each of my classes is carefully crafted for your body and mind – leveraging 5+ years of yoga teaching experience at wellness studios across NJ and NY, an upbringing that was filled with ballet and tae kwon do, and an engineering-informed understanding of the body’s biomechanics.
What can you expect from my classes? Top-quality content – featuring functional elements from various fitness styles, a focus on body-breath-mind connection, and unique playlists that keep you focused and in the flow.

WeOut is coming to Santa Monica Beach with Susan of ! Here’s a bit from Susan in her own words:
“I started my business in New York City in 2001 and focus on injury prevention, weight loss, and post-injury rehab. As a functional personal trainer with a therapeutic yoga certification, I make sure to use my background and 35 years of experience in the fitness industry to ensure that my clients achieve their goals while enjoying the workouts. My style of training is typically a blend of yoga with pilates.
With that said, I’m excited to be partnering with ! I had a large clientele in NYC and recently moved to Los Angeles in October 2019, so using the platform to get in front of new and local clients and hosting classes at the beach, park, backyard, or via Zoom is something I’m looking forward to!
Starting this weekend, I’m hosting small group classes called ‘Roll, Relax and Restore’ at Santa Monica Beach! Definitely drop in for a class!”

Here’s a spotlight on the bada$$
Fitness, to me, has been an integral aspect to living well. Playing soccer from a young age and then through college, it’s been a space for me to express myself, test my bodies capabilities, and feel fully alive. Physical movement is our body’s natural medicine. Active-based lifestyles are for EVERYONE, and my passion lies in showing people that. What we do physically translates to our every day lifestyle. Moreover, specific movements of the body cultivate stability and strength for the mind. I’m fascinated by the brain- mind-body connection, and we’re out to deliver the movement, guidance, and fuel your body needs and wants and craves.
I coach pilates, HIIT, sculpt, and personal training sessions. I love the mission that provides for trainers like me who get the opportunity to be in front of more clients, any time and any place without having to go through a middle man like a gym. WeOut provides the unique service of connecting people seeking professionals and professionals looking to grow their business without the overhead of a physical space—making it affordable and sustainable for all.
