Something special is coming this November… and I’m genuinely excited to be a part of it, “Our Future is Kind: The Ultimate Guide to Making a Difference”.
I’ve joined a group of incredible, like-minded authors for a book focused on one simple, yet powerful idea:
What if we chose kindness—on purpose?
Not the surface-level kind.
The real kind.
The kind that starts with self-awareness… and ripples outward into how we lead, live, and connect.
This project is about creating a kinder future—not by chance, but by conscious choice.
And here’s the best part…
👉 If this message resonates with you and you feel called to be part of something meaningful, there may still be an opportunity to join the project.

A lot of us spend so much time trying to manage what we do on the surface
our reactions, our habits, our stress, the way we communicate
without really understanding what is happening underneath.
But that understanding matters.
When you get clearer on your emotional patterns, things start to make more sense.
Why certain moments throw you off.
Why some relationships feel harder than they need to.
Why you keep going back to the same reactions, even when part of you wants something different.
This is not about fixing yourself.
It is about understanding yourself more honestly.
And often, that is where real change begins.
If you want a place to start, I created an Emotional Intelligence Insights Quiz that comes with a complimentary 30-minute debrief.
DM QUIZ and I’ll send it over.

When Leadership gets challenging, most leaders tend to get more directive, short and frustrated.
More control. More urgency. Less patience. Not because they're bad people. Because pressure changes how we show up (energetically).
That's why I am sharing these reframes. They create a pause. Not to let things slide, but to stay clear and using kindness as a tool.
Save this for the moment you feel yourself getting reactive. And, if you're in a season of a change and high pressure right now, don't hesitate to reach out to me and connect (just DM me). I'm here for you.

I used to treat progress like it didn’t count unless it looked big.
So I would finish something hard and immediately chase the next thing.
Now I do this instead.
Breath in. Hand on chest. I did that.
Then I name the win because naming it is how you keep it.
Your turn. This week, I am proud that I ____.
I will celebrate you in the comments. 🎉

Confidence is not always about being louder. Sometimes, it is feeling steadier in how you show up.
When your confidence grows, a few things start to change. You stop forcing what is not working, you communicate differently, and work feels lighter because you are not carrying everything the same way.
If you want support building that kind of steadiness, DM me LIFT.

Discipline gets a bad reputation. It sounds harsh. Like pressure. Like forcing yourself.
But real discipline is quieter than that. It is love.
It is choosing the next right thing because you care about who you are becoming.
Not perfection. Not punishment. Just follow through.
If this hits today, choose one small act of love for your future self and do it before the day ends.
If you want support building steadier follow-through without burning out, my one offer is Lift Leaders 1:1 Coaching.
DM me LIFT, and I will send the details.

Most teams don’t struggle with focus because they’re lazy. They struggle because too much is unclear, too much is competing, and nothing fully gets closed.
If you want a more focused team this year, start here:
Clarity: make the priorities obvious
Energy: protect people’s capacity to think
Direction: reduce guessing with clear decisions
Follow through: finish what you start before adding more
That’s the kind of structure that reduces burnout and makes work feel doable again.
What’s your biggest gap right now: clarity, energy, direction, or follow through?

Ever have a day where you’re busy the entire time, but still end it feeling stuck?
I’ve learned that “busy” can look like progress, but sometimes it’s just motion. It gives us a sense of control while the real decision stays untouched.
Here’s a quick check-in I use when I notice I’m spinning in tasks:
Ask: “Is this moving me forward, or is it helping me feel better right now?”
If the answer is “feel better,” I pause and choose one honest next step:
One email. One conversation. One boundary. One decision.
Small, but real.
If you want a clearer read on your patterns under pressure, take the Emotional Intelligence Insights Quiz (link in the comments).
Where do you notice yourself choosing motion instead of alignment?

The life you want doesn’t come from hoping it works out.
It comes from being intentional about how you live.
Most people focus on what they want:
More ease.
More fulfillment.
More confidence.
More peace.
But they rarely slow down to look at how they’re showing up every day:
How they respond when they’re stressed
How they talk to themselves when things feel uncertain
The energy they bring into relationships, work, and decisions
The patterns they repeat without realizing it
And then they wonder why the same experiences keep showing up.
Your life is shaped less by what you want
and far more by the awareness and intention you bring to how you move through it.
Nothing meaningful changes by chance.
Not your relationships.
Not your sense of purpose.
Not the satisfaction you’re craving.
When you start paying attention to how you live—your energy, choices, reactions—you stop leaving your life to autopilot and start creating it on purpose.
If you want a life that actually feels different, it starts here.

I work with people using a research-backed Energy Leadership framework to build awareness, intention, and a clear way of showing up—so the life they want isn’t accidental.

What’s trending right now?
> Aesthetic morning routines
> “That girl” energy
> Hot takes on productivity
> Someone else’s version of a perfect life
Cool.
But here’s what never trends—and matters way more:
The quiet beauty of your actual life.
The opportunity sitting inside this week.
The choice available to you today.
Not optimized.
Not curated.
Not algorithm-approved.
Just real.
This moment—right now—holds more power than any trend if you’re willing to notice it instead of scrolling past it.
So instead of asking:
👉 What should I be doing today/this week/this year?
Try asking:
What will make me feel fulfilled and result in greater satisfaction?

January pressure isn’t loud.
It’s quiet.
It shows up as:
• a subtle anxiety
• a sense you should feel more motivated
• the feeling that everyone else “knows what they’re doing”
That pressure doesn’t inspire growth.
It disconnects you from yourself.
And disconnected people don’t make good decisions.
They make familiar ones.
If you’ve ever wondered why you keep repeating patterns you’ve “outgrown,” start here:
You don’t need more willpower.
You need more awareness.
Awareness of:
• what you’re reacting to
• what you’re avoiding
• what you’re no longer willing to tolerate
That’s where real change begins.
If this resonates, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out in isolation.
DM me CLARITY.
