Let’s be real — most of us are not getting in the steps we should be.
This week, we’re changing that.

Depending on your fitness level, set your goal:
• If you’re a beginner, aim to add 1,000–2,500 extra steps a day.
• If you’re not new to this but haven’t been consistent, you already know what number you need to hit. Adjust and push yourself.

I challenge you to be intentional and get it done every single day this week!
It’s not about giant leaps — it’s the tiny steps, done consistently, that lead to real, lasting progress.

Small steps. Big glow up.
