Yards Park is getting “mysterious and spooky” tomorrow night 👻 Grab your friends, neighbors and “alltogether ooky” family for a FREE screening of *duh-nuh nuh nuh* *snap* *snap* The Addams Family! 🕷The BID will be giving out free blankets to the first 50 attendees and will be selling tasty treats starting at 6:30 pm - it’s sure to be a scream!

Check it out! 👀🔎 The Terrace Steps are officially reopened and just in time for ☀️ Who’s planning to spend some time in this weekend? Pick up takeout from one of 60+ restaurants and find a spot on the lawn to enjoy! 🧺🍔🌭

Bark your calendars! 🗓 The ultimate dog walk is coming to this Thursday🐾 Tune into the Pawp-Up Scavenger Hunt page at 3PM to get your first clue that will send you and your furry friend on a treat-filled scavenger hunt around the neighborhood. 🐕 PLUS the first 5️⃣0️⃣ people and pups to make it to the final destination will receive a special treat (hint: 🌭👀). You’re pawsitively not gonna want to miss this!

Hey 👋 We know for a lot of you, it’s not summer without a splash in the and Canal Park DC water features ⛲️ but, in accordance with the mayor’s DC Reopening Plan, the water features, unfortunately, must stay off ❌ until Phase 4 (i.e. when a vaccine is found 💉). We thank you for your continued patience, compliance, and understanding as we move to safely reopen 💙

Here’s some good news for your Friday: is now reopened 🎉☀️🌳 (The water features will remain closed until further notice in accordance with Mayor Bowser’s DC Reopening Plan). Please enjoy the parks responsibly - we’re so glad to have you back 💙
