I gave up mayo (regular, light, olive oil, or any other kind) last year when I realized this type of information. At a high level, the absurd amount of fat in one tablespoon (over 10g) destroys any type of "healthy" eating you may claim. Find another spread...here are some examples.

Paleo diet -- One of the newest fads…but is it healthy? The good thing is, it helps you cut out sugar and "bad" fats, focusing on quality protein, vegetables, and nuts ("good" fat). However, it leaves out dairy and grain which provide important nutritional value. Conclusion: provides value for short term, not sustainable as a lifestyle.

No more snooze -- I've always assumed that those extra snooze-induced minutes of rest are good for me. But recently I've heard they're not helpful -- in fact, it's said hitting the snooze button can actually make me more tired throughout the day. Is it true?

What's the better diet...no carbs or (super) low fat? In the end, they are both bad...meals are boring and side effects. You should limit/plan your intake of each but they are both essential to live and make food worth eating.
