After 2 years due to the pandemic we have returned with the LTN Cup 2022 and we are more than happy, our students/athletes were looking forward to this tournament and they had fun and enjoyed it to the fullest, check out the experience from these photos.

In 2016, she joined the staff as an assistant coach right after graduating from our programs. With the help of former .lynne she developed her skills as a coach and started our first all-girls program.

🇵🇦 Caroline served as our Program Director in Panama from Summer 2018 through Summer 2019. An x alum (‘18), she is now working for as a Technical Sales & Field Representative - responsible for over 30 accounts in her territory of Pennsylvania, Delaware & South Jersey.
👟This past April, Caroline ran the D.C Cherry Blossom 10-mile Race where she raised nearly $1k for LtN to kickstart our English Support program in Panama.
💙 Forever a part of our LtN family, we are so grateful to have you on our team and are so proud of everything you are accomplishing now, and all that you will in the future!

Today's is Nicole, a Junior Goalie at the University of Richmond ( ) where she majors in Visual and Media Arts and minors in Women's Gender Studies and Art History.
Nicole has been our gal behind the camera all Summer long, capturing incredible moments of our kiddos, staff, and trip members, as she also assists with our Lacrosse, English, and Physical Education programming in Panama. When she isn't working, she is taking full advantage of everything Bocas has to offer, especially the waves 🏄♀️

Lacrosse the Nations (LtN) started as a simple conversation between our founders Brett Hughes and Brad Corrigan about inequalities they observed in the world and what they could do to make a difference. As collegiate and MLL Lacrosse players, they decided to use the thing they knew and loved best - and so began LtN’s first programs in Managua, Nicaragua.
We were founded on the belief that sport is a powerful tool. Sport unites people, creates opportunity, and instills positive change in individuals and communities. More importantly, we believe the lacrosse community is uniquely positioned to accomplish all of these things with our sport when we rally together.
