**Join us this Monday, October 8th from 10:30-11:45 am: Yin and Yang All Levels Class**
Join Sally for a special holiday class to experience this beloved yoga style, as a beginner or experienced practitioner!
This class focuses on moving from one posture to the next , connecting the breath with movement, followed by seated postures targeting connective tissues (like bones, joints & etc..) which normally are not exercised, as much, in more active asana practice. Modifications will be shown to guide practitioners and take each student to their own personal edge. Experience is helpful but not necessary. All levels welcome.
