Mr. Fogarty was a former Chief Steward. His contributions to our organization are unparalleled. Our deepest condolences to his family and friends. He will surely be missed.

Irish Hero Padraig Pearse

100 years ago today Pádraig Pearse called Ireland to arms in his oration at O'Donovan Rossa's funeral.

"The fools, the fools, the fools! — They have left us our Fenian dead, and while Ireland holds these graves, Ireland unfree shall never be at peace."

Congratulations to Leitrim native, Breifne Earley, of Pedal The Planet who completed his 29,000 km round-the-world cycle to raise su***de awareness today.

We were lucky to meet and speak with Breifne in April when as part of his cycle he stopped over in Boston.

What an incredible accomplishment.
