Some of your self-talk comes from logic and reason. Other self-talk may arise from misconceptions that you create because of lack of information or expectations due to preconceived ideas.

I almost didn't go outside today because I wanted to stay in my pajamas and have the house to myself. But I decided to listen to my wiser self and explore nature instead. Spending time in nature can positively impact mental health, by reducing stress and anxiety, boosting mood, increasing creativity, improving physical health, and promoting mindfulness.
What’s your go to outdoor activity?
You can easily incorporate time outside into your daily routine by taking a walk to the store, gardening, having coffee on the porch, or going on an quick hike.
Remember, "It matters because you matter."

Last week I had the opportunity to sneak into the city to see the cherry blossoms. This is a treat for even those of us who live near DC. As I took mental and physical screenshots of this beautiful moment of my life, I realized our emotions run parallel to the blooms of these gorgeous ecosystems.
And just like our flourishing souls we ebb and flow seasonally, monthly, even daily sometimes. We need nourishment and light. Our roots grow deeper and we communicate as we age through these connections.
As I sat savoring in this mental visual, I looked over to see my sweet girls exhausted and now BORED 😂

Even among beauty and vitality we become blind to the excitement.
Humans have thresholds both for that which is wonderful and also awful. These innate natural limits and boundaries are what allow us to save space or shut down to preserve our energy.
What a beautiful lifecycle, circle of energy, and polarity of mindsets.
Ironically, it's during these boring times that we also tap into our creativity and find new ways to bring excitement and meaning to our lives. It’s a polarizing awe inspiring cycle.
Finding humor is part of the flourishing formula and increasing your overall vitality in life!

Big shifts the last 90 days.
Recently, there’s been a so much luminal space being held for clients in regulating emotions and the dis-regulated that occurs with various triggers.
I learn from each client. I listen with and for them. Together, I humbly get to hold their inner light while they explore what once was dark or unseen.
We all deserve to shine. Do you have support that shines bright? Sometimes all it takes is being heard, seen, and understood.
Mindsets are habitual thoughts, self talk, and mind-chatter. In a 90 day period, I flipped mine. It continues to recalibrate and grow stronger and more curious.
And what a blessing in the most recent 90 days, I’ve successfully co-created change in others. I see the changes and felt the changes in those I’ve served.
