There’s that saying, “people come into our lives for a reason, a season or a lifetime.” Well this is one of those LIFERS right here. Not too many people willing to get out of bed for me on a Saturday morning before 7:00am, adding to my list!!! So grateful for you , yep I just said bestie, deal with it people. ♥️🧘🏻‍♀️

I am still processing the past few days and I’m so incredibly grateful for the opportunity to join U.S. Representative Mike Kelly to the on March 7, 2024. The energy in the room was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced and I’m not sure I’m coming down anytime soon. Getting back on the stage this spring in the play, Other Desert Cities. Acting is something to helps mentally, playing the role of a character who has been broken and still managed to rise. A character who NEVER thought she would move back HOME and feel at HOME. A character that suffered with depression and suicidal thoughts, yet she fought her way back to LIFE.

I am grateful everyday to be alive and to be in a much better space where I can help others, who feel like I once did to know their worth.

Brooke is just the character I need right now. Save the dates: April 26th- May 4th at The Butler Little Theater in downtown Butler.

You can sit in grief or you can move through it.
It took me a long time to move through.
Today will be 29 years since I last saw you and heard your voice.
There isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t miss you.
Until we meet again.

Last Friday I dusted off my improv chops with for their and I had SO MUCH FUN! Thank you for opening your space for such a fun, laughter filled and artistic evening!

Last night showed up to my sculpt class and it was if I was transported back to college, even high school! A blast from the past who is still the same Fun, Fierce and Bada$$ woman I have always known.
