Today’s WOD in honor of Brendan Looney on his 40th birthday . Even though I never had the honor of meeting Brendan he is a big inspiration to me. “Be STRONG, be accountable, never complain” that’s how he lived and how he gave his life. To his family, Amy, Steve, Ali, Isla and little Brendan - you have lots to be proud of. Brendan left a legacy that we will carry forward. Because he showed the way! Thank you and God Bless.
