I'm sure you've hand those moments where you've stood up to fast and very little since of balance 😵💫 or maybe to many drinks and then then left becomes right 🥴 This is due to an impairment in proprioception 😲
Proprioception is simply the bodies ability to identify its position and coordinate movement effectively through the use of constant feedback that's being recieved from various sensory receptors in your body and nervous system.
Don't worry... you're not clumsy 😉 you just need to improve this fantastic sense!

Just a reminder that fat is an important form of energy just be mindful of your quantities and sources ✨️ Saturated fats which are high in animal products can trigger inflammation as well as clogging of arteries 👀 Unsaturated fats can aid in reducing the chances of cardiovascular disease 👌🏾

- Over this past month we achieved -8lbs with noticeable changes in the physique which includes toning. This particular client comes in everyday ready to kill it! A solid reminder that it's all about the mindset.

A common misconception that monst PEOPLE have is that weight training will make women bulky and look like men 🤔 this is wrong on so many levels but lets give some credit to the natural hormonal balances of men and women which heavily dictates how the anabolic and catabolic phases are carried out.
These differences actually allow women to increase lean mass while maintaining a soft, tone physique when incorporating regular physical activity 🙌🏾 Men typically grow wider and produce more lean mass at a quicker rate in comparison to women.
