DC Fit is a marathon and half-marathon training program devoted to getting you in the best shape of your life in a non-intimidating and fun environment.
Believe it or not, we're just like you. We each decided one day that we would like to get into better shape, to make new friends, or maybe, just maybe, to run or walk a Marathon! But regardless of the specifics, we all share one common goal - to have more fun. Join us as we enter our next season of marathon training. Week 14 - 8 miles. We are ramping up our half marathon training. We are a little past the half way mark. We will start our long run @ 6:00 am, Saturday, 8/10/19. Bright and early. All abilities and levels are welcome. With our method anyone can walk a half marathon. We will also train you for a 5K, 10K or 10 miler. Registration is still open. It’s not to late to join us.
