It’s October which means it’s breast cancer awareness month. Do you know someone who was diagnosed with Breast Cancer? I do, my mom is a 2x survivor of this disease. The Greater Orlando area has become active with the growth of Pickleball in Special Olympics. Earlier this year we provided assistance with pickleball demonstrations at Disney, we currently have volunteers leading local groups, and later in the month we will be conducting a teaching clinic for Special Olympic volunteers. In November a Special Olympics Pickleball Tournament will take place at Disney's Wide World of Sports venue with the support of USA Pickleball.

We need volunteers for this event. If you are able to help, please send me an email with your availability. The event takes place November 11 & 12. It is possible, we may need some set up volunteers on November 10. Thanks for your assistance.
