This morning’s Yoga class with Martial Artist and Yoga Instructor Asrat at Living Well Health Club was literally a Stretch for me. This guy pushes you hard to where you think you’re doing martial arts instead of yoga lol. One way to move beyond fear is to move beyond your comfort zone. Remember to stretch your mind, body & spirit daily!

On Jan. 29th I had the pleasure of facilitating a Qi Gong presentation for the Physical Wellness event at Sixteenth Tabernacle Beth-El hosted by Rachel Hawkins. The participants enjoyed it, gave great feedback and embraced the chi flow. Thanks Rachel for organizing a great event.
