I returned to Mother Morehouse this weekend to curate and facilitate a conversation on mental health for black men at our class reunion. It felt so good to be home, and to move this much needed conversation forward. It was an honor to share the message of being kind to ourselves and having grace on your grind, and I'm grateful for and for joining me!

I promise you, I did do some work this weekend. I just know how to have fun while doing it
