Singles Players! So the "old rule" was to try and break down your opponent's backhand in rallies that were 5 or more shots. But we're in the analytics era, and the numbers tell a very different story.

On the pro tour, 70% of rallies are 0 - 4 shots. In the 12s, where players have the least amount of power, 50% of rallies are still 0 - 4 shots...

And what the analytics show is that the "new rule" is to attack the forehand EARLY. Sounds counterintuitive, I know, but the analytics show that your opponent will make more forehand errors in the first 4 shots of the rally than backhand errors...

If the rally goes 5+, then switch to attacking the backhand.

So there are 3 strategies for forcing forehand errors in 0 - 4 that I learned from tennis analytics expert Craig O'Shannessy (he used to coach Novak Djokovic)...

If you want to get the video where he walks you through these 3 strategies, comment "forehand" and I'll send it to you.

Do you struggle with your toss? On the left is a club player named Dan, and on the right is Jannik Sinner. We used computer vision, which is a branch of AI, to analyze their respective tosses (Dan's toss is too far to the right).

So a computer can spot "hidden" breaks in your Kinetic Chain, things the human eye miss, and this Thursday, May 14th at 2 PM I'm doing a live training where I'm going to show you the biggest "hidden" breaks I'm seeing. Here's where you can register to attend for free -
