Organized entirely by students, the Georgetown University Ballroom Dance Team includes a competitive team and offers several types and levels of classes for social members as well as team members. Members are invited to local weekly social dance outings and special classes, events, and performances on campus and in the DC area.

Congrats to everyone who went to Ohio Star Ball! Everyone did amazing especially our newcomers! We all had so much fun on and off the dance floor and can’t wait to go back next year.

Hi all! We’re super excited to kick off another school year with our welcome-back social this Friday. There will be a free salsa lesson and social dancing from 7pm to 10pm in Copley Formal Lounge (enter by red square).
No prior experience needed. No need to bring a partner either. Come meet some new friends and learn to salsa!

A couple of updates for this week:
This semester's newcomer and Advanced Lessons will all be in McShain, with exceptions on 2/19 and 4/1 where we will be in Copley.
NEW LESSON TIME: After seeing last week's attendance, we have decided to add a Silver level choreography focused lesson on Thursdays from 8:30-10:00PM in Bulldog Alley. Silver/Advanced dancers are welcome to come to both, but Advanced will continue to be technique focused as it has been in the past, while the Thursday lesson will be more choreo heavy.
