History. Excellence. Pride.
The Howard Bison women’s basketball season comes to a close following a hard-fought matchup against Ohio State in the NCAA Tournament.
Facing a No. 3 seed, the Bison competed on the national stage and finished a season that will be remembered across Howard history. Ohio State ultimately secured a 75–54 victory, bringing the tournament run to an end.
From capturing the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference Championship to earning a No. 14 seed, the highest NCAA Tournament ranking in program history, this team elevated the standard of Howard basketball.
With every game, they competed with purpose, represented Howard with pride, and showed what it means to lead on the national stage.
Their impact goes far beyond this season.
