TOP 3 SHOULDER EXERCISES ⬇️

1️⃣ Arnold Press 4x8-10
One of the best movements for overall shoulder development. Trains front delts, side delts, and pressing strength all in one movement.

2️⃣ Seated Lateral Raises 4x12-15
Best exercise for building wider shoulders and creating that capped delt look. Control the weight and try not to swing the dumbbells.

3️⃣ Seated Rear Delt Flys 3x12-15
Targets the rear delts for better shoulder balance, posture, and overall 3D shoulder development. Slow reps and constant tension are key here.
