District 19 returns for year seven with a new signal.

What started as a race became a movement. A reminder that running has always been bigger than miles. Bigger than pace. Bigger than the streets we move through.

Born in a moment where movement became activism, District 19 was created to reclaim space, build community, and remind ourselves that showing up together still matters.

Now, in a time filled with noise, uncertainty, and division, we move again.

Whether you’re taking on the 19-Miler, the 19K, or the 5K — every stride becomes part of something bigger. Every mile becomes a signal. Every runner becomes part of the frequency.
