Today I just wanted to say how much The Suburban Coalition Foundation of Greater Washington truly appreciates you, your players and especially your parents for their continued support as we attempt to provide a safe, competitive, fun and fair environment for our youth to develop in a sport they'll love for the remainder of their lives. Safety definitely is our top priority for every participant and spectator. I am proud to announce that we did not have one negative safety concern to address during our Fall event. Maintaining diverse competition. Going into our Winter session we will continue to keep our fees lower than anyone else in the DMV, offer more games than anyone else in the DMV and continue to make sure diversity remains on our to do priority list. Fun. On a regular basis I often ask participants while they are in the middle of a game are they having fun. I have yet to have one child whether on the winning or losing side say NO so we will continue to move forward to season # 31 going into 2023 (31 Years). Fairness. Going forward my staff and I will implement a photo roster policy that will consist of a team's 2 coaches and players that will be participating in our future leagues. Not only will this photo roster be confirmation of each team's coaches and players, but ALSO each player MUST PLAY in 4 games minimum prior to being permitted to playing in ANY future playoffs. I salute each and every coach that has demonstrated good sportsmanship, quality character and simple courtesy to their opponents during this past event.
