Last week, we had the BEST time in the 3M Mastermind Challenge all week long! The challenge was focused on bringing clarity, strategy, and momentum before we close out the summer!
Just like the women who said “YES” to the challenge, I have some BIG projects that my team and I are working on before we close out the year. We are taking a small social break while we focus and get creative!

Can we talk about codependency for a minute? traits can, oftentimes, lead to a disconnect from your own needs and desires, promote unhealthy relationship dynamics, affect -worth and overall well-being. This may leave you drained, overwhelmed, and even resentful or angry.
If you resonate with these codependent behaviors, I invite you to try these 3 things:
🙏🏾 Be intentional about spending more alone time. Helps you gain clarity of your needs.
🙏🏾 Trust people to find their own way and resolve their own challenges.
🙏🏾 Recognize worst-case scenario stories as they surface in your mind, that keep you in a painful loop of trying to control others when your time and energy could be better spent on yourself.

💡When was the last time you set a boundary? If you want a life of productivity AND ease, boundaries are non-negotiable! If any of these signs resonated with you, start by doing these 4 things:
1. Grab a journal and write down why you find it difficult to set boundaries in this area. ✍🏽
2. Imagine what it would feel like to successfully set a boundary in this arena. What would you choose and how would it feel once accomplished? 🙌🏽
3. Set a small goal. For ex: Refuse to accept one invitation this week or this month—whatever is realistic for you —make sure it’s creating space for you and not taking away. ☺️
4. Celebrate your accomplishment and how good it feels to respect yourself by setting a personal boundary, however small it might have been. 🎉

Our idea of “normalcy” and “predictability” has been challenged over the past two years. Although it has had its downside, I think two beautiful things have come out of it:
“Turning over of soil is necessary for a more productive garden” The changes, pivots, and shifts people have made in their lives are producing a higher quality of life for them.
The “craziness” of the world has encouraged us to create more peaceful spaces internally and externally.
As a direct response to what we have been experiencing, I invite you to try a mindfulness journey as a self-help tool. Mindfulness as a self-coaching tool:
🧘🏾♀️ Lowers anxiety, depression, and stress.
🧘🏾♀️ Helps regulate the autonomic nervous system, the part of our nervous system that's responsible for regulating involuntary physiological functions such as heart rate, blood pressure, breathing and digestion.
🧘🏾♀️ Improves sleep and overall mood.
