This past weekend I traveled to Michigan to hike the Mammoth March! 20 miles was definitely a lot but it was so worth it! The challenge of not just hiking that long but running some of it is crazy! I'm so proud of my friends and I for finishing this!

A little snippet from a morning yoga sequence!

It's not smooth, it's not perfect, my hamstrings are tight. I haven't been focusing a lot on my fitness. Running has been a things, but not the rest so working on these tight hamstrings and my core is the main focus at the moment!

I officially ran my first half marathon today!!!!

Did I do great, Nope!

Did I run the whole time, Nope!

Did I enjoy it, a little bit!

Did I look ridiculous in two knee braces, half dying, and regretting my decision, Yes!

But I DID IT!!!!

I CANT BELIEVE IT!

Here to starting something and finishing it regardless of what that looks like for you!
